This evening, administrators at Tolsia High School received a report that a student at THS made a threat directed at another THS student. Administrators notified the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and the matter is under investigation.
The reported threat has not been substantiated and is not considered credible at this point in the investigation. The student who reportedly made the threat will not be in school until the investigation is concluded. Out of an abundance of caution, the Sheriff’s Office will maintain a presence at the school until the investigation concludes.
